3. TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

Groups of 3 or 4 followed by Main draw and consolation knockout. Matches will be best of 5 games up to 11 points.
Registration and practice from 1pm on Saturday 21st November & 8am on Sunday 22nd November.

The above is a guide only, as the playing schedule will vary according to the size of entry. Times will be clarified 1 week before the event. If insufficient entries are received in any category that makes the event non-viable, the Referee reserves the right to merge those categories into a mixed event. The tournament draw will be available on the day, not beforehand.

£32 per age category.

There will be cups for the winners of each event and medals for the runner up.

1. Entries along with PAYMENT must be RECEIVED by midnight Wednesday 11th November, 2026.
2. The draw will be held on Friday 13th November, 2026 and will be available on the day, not beforehand.
3. If it becomes necessary to restrict entries, priority will be given in order of receipt. 
4. Payment must be made at the same time of the entry.

6. Catering available serving hot and cold food/drinks. Along with snacks and cakes.
7. Donic P40+ white balls will be used. 
8. Tables are 10 Donic Compact 25 with Donic nets. 
9. Tables will be individually courted 9m x 5m.
10. Score indicators will be used for all matches.

12. Venue has School sports hall with a multi-use polyurethane floor
13. There will be no admission charge. 
14. Competitors will be informed by email that their entry has been received within 3 days of the entry being received and a confirmation email with more details will be sent out 5 days before the event. If you do not receive this, please get in touch with Janet Spicer.
15. No refunds are possible after the closing date under any circumstances
16. The events are: U11 Mixed singles (born 2016 or later), U13 boys Open and girls singles (born 2014 or later), U15 boys open and girls singles (born 2012 or later), U17 mixed singles (born 2010 or later) & U19 boys open and girls singles (born 2008 or later)
17. Winner and Runners Up in each main event category will receive trophies or medals/certificates.
18. The results from this tournament will qualify for computer ranking points. 
19. Format will be groups of 3 or 4 with top 2 in each group going forward to play main draw knockout and 3rd and 4th players in groups going forward to play knockout consolation.
20. All entries and event details are subject to COVID-related restrictions, or protocols that Table Tennis England may deem necessary. Venues used for events may impose COVID restrictions that go beyond government guidance. 
21. All participants and attendees at Table Tennis England events are subject to Table Tennis England Codes of Conduct. See here 
22. TTE, the Organisers and the Referee will not tolerate bad language or verbal abuse of volunteers, officials, staff or venue staff, nor a failure to follow the operational directions of stewards and event staff. Photo/livestreaming The Richmond Park TTC may be taking photos and live streaming matches during this event which may include (but not limited to), using them in our printed and online platforms, social media, press releases and funding applications. 1. TTE Regulations Part A (Regulated Competitions) and Part B (Tournament Regulations) apply to the tournament. 
2. ITTF Regulations for International Competitions apply to the tournament except where otherwise specified in TTE Regulations Parts A or B, or in this form. 
3. Every entrant must be affiliated as a Compete Member or provide proof of being a member of another National Association in membership of the ITTF in order to gain a reciprocal membership. An entrant who is not a TTE member or is affiliated as a Supporter or Club Play Member may alternately purchase a One-Off Tournament Pass at the time of entry via https://ttehub.com/start.
4. Completion and submission of this entry form signifies agreement by the entrant to the conditions of the competition including any variations of ITTF regulations. 
5. All matches shall be the best of five games up to 11. The final order in a Group shall be decided as per ITTF Regulation 3.7.5. 
6. Competitors must report to Control on arrival and must not leave the hall without obtaining permission. Players absent when called upon to play are liable to be scratched. 
7. The Organiser reserves the right to merge/cancel events if entries are low. 
8. There will be no separate practice facilities, but competitors will be permitted to practice on match tables at the discretion of Control. 
9. All competitors may be required to umpire at least one match in each event entered. 
10. Playing clothing: Main colour of clothing must be different from colour of ball
11. Doping shall not take place either before or during play. Doping Control tests may take place. 
12. No gluing up or boosting/tuning will be allowed. 
13. No time outs are allowed.
14. No competitor or official shall engage in betting on players or matches. 
15. Match results will be submitted for inclusion in the Table Tennis England computer ranking scheme
